It has been our passion and desire to help improve the lives of Huai Nam Khao Villagers and the surrounding villages, especially those orphans and children in need. We believe that the local government is passionate about helping the poor and needy children as well. So, we partner with them in helping the orphans and the children who are living in poverty.
The primary goal of the dormitory project is to restore hope and provision of basic needs to the needy and vulnerable children in Kanchanaburi province area. This dormitory will take care of destitute, abandoned and orphaned children.

The Dormitory will provide
1.    shelter for the needy children
2.    three meals a day nutritional diet to help eradicate malnutrition
3.    free English lessons on week days
4.    free music instrument lessons
5.    free transportation to send and pick up from school
6.    clothing and school uniforms to the children
7.    a child friendly living atmosphere
8.    basic medical care
9.    basic cooking skills
10.    basic gardening skills

Qualifications for acceptance
1.    The needy child must show proof that he/she is a Thai citizen.
2.    The parents or guardian must provide their permission through a letter.
3.    The parents or guardian must provide me a copy of the school records.

Because of the COVID crisis, we were not able to start completely as planned. Many poor children were not able to stay at the dormitory yet. At the moment, there are more than 20 needy children who would like to stay at our dormitory. But because of the pandemic, there is no project allowed by the local government yet. Anyway, we started with 8 kids at the moment. These 8 kids came from a broken home and the other very poor family. The parents are also helping us take care at the moment. So, the government allowed like that.

There are so many needy children here at Ban Kao Village and surrounding villages. So please pray for us that God will lead us to the right children that really needed help. Some of these kids are forced to living with their grandparents or uncles and aunties with no one who really care for them because of abuse or poverty related issues. While some are from very poor families. Others do not have surviving parents to care for them. Help us pray that the dormitory project will become instrumental in giving them the necessary resources for life. Most importantly, that they will meet JESUS at the dormitory.

AT THE MOMENT, WE ARE RAISING FUNDS FOR
- Children’s food (about 30 baht ($1) per meal)
- 2 Missionary caretakers (the cost is 5,000 baht each)
- Children’s daily school-transportation gas (the cost is about 2,000 baht a month)
